We want you to be completely delighted with your Robin Pickens home textiles and patterns; if you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that digital patterns and cut-to-order fabrics are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold your linens or textiles and place them in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your package via a tracked shipping carrier of your choice to our studio address; we recommend keeping your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
